Terms for returning goods as per United European Act n.185 dated May 22ns 1999 for long distance consumer protection.
Above rule applies for items bought for personal use and not company. You can return only goods that were not personalized, at retail price.
As per above mentioned law art.5 comma 2 c) personalized items can not be returned, the product risks materila alterations, this means only accessories can be returned.
The right to return goods is valid within ten working days with a written advise sent by registered mail with receipt.
The advise has to be sent within the same terms/date, even by telegram, telex or similar system, as long as it's also confirmed with a letter sent bu registered mail, with advise of receipt within 48 hours.
The refund does not include mailing / transport costs (both for receiving and returning) _Returned goods must be in prime condition and must be packed with original stuffing material to save from damage, sealed with marks.
